PIANO 2023: Competitor
Born in Sapporo, Japan in 1997 Yuto Takezawa started piano from 4 years old. He graduated from Toho Gakuen University of Music with honors. He has won multiple prizes at international competitions, including the the second prize and Schumann prize and Beethoven house prize and audience prize at Bonn Telecom International Piano Competition in 2019, the second prize and audience prize at Ettore Pozzoli International Piano Competition in 2021. In addition to many appearances at national and international concerts, he is also active as a chamber musician. At the moment he is studying with Hisako Ueno and Shinji Ohno. He studied chamber music with Nobuko Yamazaki and Shigeo Neriki.
